Project ini berlokasi di Pantai Mutiara yang dikenal dengan lokasi Prestisius di kawasantepi pantai mutiara jakarta utara dimana pada lokasi cluster ini setiap rumah memiliki dermaga yacht sendiri dibelakang rumah masing-masing. Owner bernama bapak Letty bermaksud menjadikan rumah ini sebagai bangunan untuk menjamu kolega-kolega bisnis beliau dengan kapasitas yang cukup besar terdapat entertainment hall di lantai 2 dengan kapasitas kurang lebih 100-120 pax.
Desain arsitektur yang unik dengan mengadaptasi bentuk gelombang sehingga diharapkan mampu untuk beradaptasi dengan angin yang cukup kencang karena berada di tepi pantai. Menggunakan element baja sebagai struktur bangunan dan finishing material batu bata serta elemen kayu dan penghijauan di dalam arsitektur dan interiornya.

PRELIMINARY DESIGN - PRA DESAIN
Setelah proses survey, kami akan olah penataan layout terlebih dahulu sebagai pra desain, jika setelah layout disetujui maka kami akan lanjutkan dengan proses design quotation (penawaran harga desain).

NEGOTIATIONS & DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Setelah penawaran dilakukan negosiasi dan disepakati, pembayaran sesuai dengan penawaran. maka tahap terakhir adalah akan kami develop gambar kerja maupun RAb (rencana anggaran biaya) dari bangunan yang ter-desain.
