Kami akan melakukan survey ke lokasi anda setelah terjadi pre- konsultasi dan dikenakan charge/biaya survey ke lokasi pengukuran.

PRELIMINARY DESIGN - PRA DESAIN

Setelah proses survey, kami akan olah penataan layout terlebih dahulu sebagai pra desain, jika setelah layout disetujui maka kami akan lanjutkan dengan proses design quotation (penawaran harga desain).

NEGOTIATIONS & DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Setelah penawaran dilakukan negosiasi dan disepakati, pembayaran sesuai dengan penawaran. maka tahap terakhir adalah akan kami develop gambar kerja maupun RAb (rencana anggaran biaya) dari bangunan yang ter-desain.
